Standing Up For The Tractor Beam
Deion by chaotic: "When we went out on the balcony, 4th floor (top floor), I looked up and saw the bottom side of a disc-shaped vehicle. It was hovering about 6-9 meters above me. [...] We had to stand on the balcony in a tight circle. I looked up. A white light opened in the middle. And then a beam of light shone down on us. White, bright, but with a sharp edge on the ground. For lack of better words, I'll call it the 'tractor beam'."
